Immersed in this turmoil, he learned to navigate the chaos and saw firsthand that in crisis, volatility and opportunity are two sides of the same coin—a realization that shaped his disciplined, adaptive approach to trading and risk management.

Skills Forged at Capstone
In 2011, Talib Aziz joined Capstone Securities, a prominent prop trading firm in Pune, Maharashtra, where he refined his expertise in risk management and high-stakes decision-making. Immersed in real-time data and sophisticated quantitative models, he quickly sharpened his instincts, advancing into algorithmic trading. As his reputation solidified, he managed larger positions, developing models to capitalize on inefficiencies across asset classes. By 2016, he was part of an elite team focused on automated strategies in commodities and futures. In 2017, inspired by Capstone’s leadership, he began envisioning his own trading firm, meticulously saving capital and refining his strategies to bring that vision to life.
